About Us

We are People Ready for:

Lift up, Train, Demonstrate the Love of God and Worship.

Arise, and go down to the potter’s house, and there I will let you hear my words. Jeremiah 18:2

The Potter’s House Church is part of Church of God Council.

Who Are We:

What We Believe

  • The Potter's House, where lives are transformed through love in action towards others in order to; raise up, heal, restore, train and send them to serve in the ministry work and in the kingdom of God. Our church recognizes Jesus Christ, as our King and Lord, filled with the Holy Spirit, fulfilling the Great Commission.

  • In obedience to the mandate to fulfill the Great Commission of Our Lord Jesus Christ, we have prioritized the following areas in our church. (Isaiah 61; 1-4, Mark 16: 15-18)

  • We care about promoting prayer and intercession within the body of Christ as a lifestyle, through meetings inside and outside the church so that families experience the presence of God, his power and his grace that flows from his throne to everyone that invokes him (Eph.6; 18. I Tim. 2:1-6)

  • Every believer must be fed and strengthened with the word of God. It is imperative to carefully develop tiered Bible studies so that disciples grow up with a good balance of teaching, doctrine, and practice. It is our duty to train ourselves to present a defense, to urge, correct, instruct, edify and exhort at all times. (II Tim 2:2)

  • We prepare people with an interest in singing and playing musical instruments, to show the world that the fresh spring of creative praise and sincere worship can lift, heal and restore lives thirsty for the visitation of his glory. (Psalms 22:3; 100;149;150)

  • We train through discipleship and exhortation to fulfill this charge for the WHOLE church. So that they can make known the love of God and his word in an adequate way, producing passion for the souls that are lost. (Psalm 126:5-6; Romans 10:14-15; II Tim.4:5)

  • Every person with a strong conviction to the missionary field must share it with the Pastor so that he can; pray, guide, train, discern and send to the right place and time, to be supported through various resources and supported by the prayer and intercession of the ministerial body and the church. (Matthew 9:37-38; John 17:18; Matthew 28:18-20)
